Booking in simple few steps:

1. Check out the date below that interests you.
2. Click the course description on the homepage of the class or classes that interest you.
3. Also, read the ‘logistics at a glance’, page for the course that interests you.
4. Even if we have a week-long course running at the time, you can still come for a half-day course (or join as ‘guest student’).
5. Send us an email. Introduce yourself. We’d love to hear from you!
6. If coming for a week-long class please don’t book your travel until you receive from us an email with the word, ‘confirmation’, in it. We receive thousands of emails a year and we can’t ‘hold’, a course for someone that might come for someone that is ready to book.
7. When you do come to Puglia, bring us a refrigerator magnet from your hometown.
8. Leave room in your luggage to take home some of our extra virgin olive oil while you’re here.
