You can book any of our week-long cooking or wine classes in Lecce or at the Castle, in just a few clicks (‘Register’, on the right of the calendar). When in doubt, write us for more information.
For Single Day or Evening Classes, we offer three options.
- When we have remaining space in week-long classes, you can join us as a Guest Student (195 Euro full day, 145 for just lunch or dinner). As long as we have space, we’d love to have you join us. Write us for details.
- When we don’t have week-long classes scheduled, we offer offer short, half-day courses. Send us an email. Or book through our site.
- Our Saturday night wine class on select Saturdays, many of them right before larger classes at the castle. The Saturday night wine class is intense, full-throttled introduction to the wines of the south. Field trip. Learn to blind taste. 10 wines from all over the south. If you’re already coming to one of our castle courses, consider coming to our wine course the Saturday before your course begins. Write us for more information.
For any other time, write us. We love to add classes and do so all year long based on demand.
