Hans, a surgeon from Germany, and Ursula, a school teacher from Switzerland. This their second visit.

This is more than a job for us, our school much more than just food and wine courses.

This is our life’s work, and we’ve been doing this long enough now to know what information will likely need to arrive, depart and get the most out of your time here. Towards this we’ve created this Student Service section of our site, reserved just for you.

Once inside of the password protected pages we’ll help you book your stay, plan your trip, suggest what wines to drink in the time leading up to your visit, give advice on what to pack and in short, everything that you might want to know, taking full advantage of our years of experience, teaching our food and wine to 54 different nations.
