About La Terra di Bari

La Terra di Bari represents ‘Central Puglia’, famous for the sub-regions of La Val di Itria and Le Murge, the region has a well-established diary industry, producing fresh cheeses, not least of which, the world-famous burrata, at Andria. Due to a slight elevation La Terra di Bari is able to raise pigs as well, the best of which would surely be, la capocolla di Martina Franca. As the name would suggest, La Terra di Bari’s principle city is in fact, Bari. Its principle olive for oil is Coratina, it’s primary red grape s are nero di Troia e primitivo, its principle white grapes are fiano, fiano minutolo, bianco di Alessano e bombino.
